  • All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We reserve the right to update or change prices anytime without prior notice.

  • We offer the following payment methods:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Bank Transfer

    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message through WhatsApp or SMS.

  • Orders may be canceled by us if:

    • Incorrect address or contact details are provided

    • The product is out of stock

    • Fraudulent activity is suspected

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is:

    • 3–5 working days for major cities

    • 5–7 working days for other regions

  • Shipping delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel is dispatched.

6. Exchange & Return Policy

  • Size exchange is available within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packing.

  • Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • Refunds are not provided for size issues — only exchanges.

  • The customer may be responsible for paying exchange shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation before dispatch.

  • Once the parcel is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
