Return Policy

At Multani Khusa House, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • You submit the return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note: Items that appear used, damaged, or altered after delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased on sale or discount

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

3. Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong product,

  • A damaged item, or

  • A manufacturing defect,

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos/videos. We will arrange a free replacement or exchange.

4. Return Shipping

  • For change of mind, wrong size selection, or preference-based returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in cases where the item is defective or unavailable for replacement.

  • Refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account / mobile wallet within 5–10 working days after inspection of the returned item.

  • For exchanges, the replacement item will be dispatched once the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Email with your order number.

  2. Send clear photos of the product.

  3. Ship the item back to our return address.

  4. Once approved, we will send your replacement pair.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
