1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is in unused and original condition.

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned without approval from our team

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number.

  2. Send photos/videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product.

  3. Our team will verify the issue.

  4. If approved, return the product to the provided address.

  5. After receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash / Easypaisa

  • Store Credit (customer choice)

Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the fault is not on our end, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

6. Order Cancellation Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them for a full refund.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
